Leadership Transition at Hostz

After two and a half years of building and developing Hostz, Sofia Strahl has decided to leave the company and pursue new projects.

Since the creation of Hostz, Sofia played a central role in shaping the company. During this time, Hostz established its operational model, acquired its first external clients, and built the systems and team required to operate and scale the platform.

Following this transition, Sofia will step away from the company, and leadership of Hostz will transition to Giulia Bruno as of April 1st.

Giulia has been part of Hostz from the very beginning — first as Quality Management Controller and later as Head of Operations — where she has been responsible for developing many of the operational processes that underpin the company today. Her deep understanding of the business and the team ensures a smooth continuation of Hostz activities.

Hostz will continue its focus on building scalable hospitality operations and supporting partners with technology-driven management services.
